Content: I think that the content we are covering in class is very useful for my future career in teaching. This course offers many good ideas on how to bring technology into my future classroom and what exactly I can have kids get from different kinds of technology. The content has also given me good insight into how I can collaborate with my colleagues using technology and online sharing sites.
Schedule: I really like how the class schedule works. I really like being emailed the assignment the night before and then being able to come in a half hour late. This usually helps me stay focused longer because the class is significantly shorter. I also like the online classes that we have had in the past where we are responsible for posting something online and then we do not have class that day and are able to work on our time. I think that the time we spend in class is spent on very useful topics and I like how we are able to work on stuff during class instead of just listening to or watching the teacher work on something and expecting us to pick up on the topic.
Other: Overall, I think that this class is very useful and gives a good insight into how to effectively use technology in the classroom. The teacher is very good at keeping the students interest throughout class by allowing us to do our own work instead of just watching. The class is fun to be part of because of the laid back atmosphere and the opportunity to be creative with our online projects instead of being told how they all should turn out.
